At European Tastees, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy on all non-perishable items. If you're within 14 days of purchase, here's how our return process works:

1. Policy on Cancellation and Shipping: Once an order is dispatched, it is beyond the scope of cancellation. Should you wish to cancel after dispatch, our established return policy will be applicable.

2. Return and Refund: To initiate a return, please ensure that the food is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. We will process a return and refund for unused food items that meet these conditions.

3. Addressing Damaged or Defective Items: Encountered an issue with your order? Please inform us at info@europeantastees.com with the necessary details:
- The specific order number
- The arrival date
- The item's condition upon arrival
- An in-depth description of the problem
- Your preference for either a refund or a replacement

4. Criteria for Return Acceptance: For a successful return, items must remain unused, unopened, and in the condition received, including the original packaging. It’s important to note that certain items are not eligible for return.

5. Authorization for Returns: Prior to any returns, please contact info@europeantastees.com to obtain return authorization.

6. Refund Processing Details: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. Subsequent to approval, we'll process your refund, typically within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not refundable.
